Terms of use
Last updated 26 October 2026. These terms are a plain-English draft.
Free and Pro
QuoteAce is free to use, with a daily limit on AI quotes and a small "Made with QuoteAce" line on quotes. QuoteAce Pro costs A$29 per month including GST, and starts with a 14-day free trial.
Pro billing
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- If you don't cancel during the free trial, you're charged A$29 (incl. GST) when it ends and then every month on that date until you cancel. Stripe emails a tax invoice for each payment.
- You can cancel any time in 2 taps: open "Manage or cancel subscription" (site menu, footer or /pro/manage), tap "Cancel subscription" and confirm. On a device without Pro, Stripe emails you a one-time sign-in code first. If you cancel during the free trial you aren't charged. Cancelling stops future payments. Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't give pro-rata refunds for part months, except where the Australian Consumer Law requires it.
- "Fair use" for Pro AI quotes means normal use by one business (currently up to 40 AI quotes a day). Templates are unlimited.
- If we change the price, we'll tell you at least 30 days before your next payment, and you can cancel before it applies.
You're responsible for your quotes
QuoteAce is a drafting tool. AI and template suggestions, including quantities, material prices, compliance notes and terms, can be wrong or incomplete. You must check every quote before sending it, and you're responsible for its prices, the scope, your licence obligations, GST treatment and any contract you make with your customer. Nothing on this site is legal, tax or financial advice.
Fair use
Don't misuse the service, for example by trying to get around the limits, scraping it, or using it for anything unlawful.
No warranty
The service is provided as is during the beta, and it may change or be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from using it. Nothing here excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
