Do I need an account?
No. After checkout, Pro is switched on in this browser. You get a private link to switch it on for your other devices too.
When am I charged?
Not during the 14-day free trial. If you don't cancel, A$29 (incl. GST) is charged when the trial ends and then monthly. Stripe emails you a tax invoice each time.
How do I cancel?
Cancel any time in 2 taps, from any device: open "Manage or cancel subscription" (in the menu, the footer or on this page), tap "Cancel subscription", then confirm. On a device without Pro, Stripe emails you a one-time sign-in code first. Cancel during the 14-day free trial and you're never charged; after that, Pro stays on until the end of the month you've paid for.
How do I add my logo?
In the quote builder, tap "Upload your logo" (on the "Who's it for?" step, or under your quote). Choose a PNG, JPG, SVG or WebP file, or take a photo of it. We shrink it on your device, so it's never uploaded and works offline. With Pro it prints at the top of every quote and PDF; on the free plan you can preview it first.
What happens to my quotes if I stop?
Nothing. Your quotes and business details stay in your browser. New quotes just carry the small "Made with QuoteAce" line again and drop your logo.
Is my card safe?
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details never touch QuoteAce.
